I am a current resident, and while the property seems pretty good for the price there is a HORRIBLE ROACH INFESTATION and HORRIBLE THEFT PROBLEM. My boyfriends car was stolen and many others have been broken into and a vandalized in the short 4 months that I have lived there. Oh yeah and did I mention the ROACHES!!!!!!!
