Exterior looks dirty, Broken workout equipment, your car will get towed!

- Exterior doesn't get washed. It looks dirty.
- Does not have a security gate.
- Work Out equipment are only a couple, old and broken.
- And your car will get TOWED if it has an expired tag even if you are a residents. What the F*?
