Under new ownership, with new management company - Worse than Ever !

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
This place is under new ownership, with a new management company, yet the same old crap is still taking place. The third property manager started last week and she is arrogant, seems that she feels superior to the folks here. This is the third property manager since July 2009 under the new management company. The "leasing consultant" is even worse. Condescending, uninformed and just plain DUMB. The Maintenance man drives a Mercedes Benz and yet he can not fix a leaking sink. We all need good paying jobs like these folks at Chestnut Creek Apartments that require no skills and no accountability. Sure speaks highly of the management company (Hammond Reality Group)and their decision making..................GO SOME PLACE ELSE, THERE ARE LOTS OF EMPTY APARTMENTS OUT THERE, THIS PLACE IS NO GOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
