LARGE APTS. PLENTY OF SPACE,BUT MAINTENCE AND OFFICE STAFF ARE TO SLOW TO REPAIR THINGS. WAITING 3 MONTHS FOR A LEAK TO BE FIXED. NEW STAFF ALL THE TIME.
AIR UNITS AND HEATING PROBLEMS ALWAYS. POOL HAS BEEN EMPTY FOR 3 MONTHS OR LONGER. IF MAINTENCE IS NEEDED UNDER HOURS OR WEEKENDS YOU CAN FORGET IT. TO BAD THEY COULD BE NICE APTS.

You may need to complain to corporate, the people in the office are powerless if corporate doesn't provide them with what they need. I know a maintenance guy that worked there and he said. They the corporate office never gives them the tools to fix anything. the management tries to help but if you don't have the tools you can't fix anything. The maintenance guys said that he got fired because they asked him to do everything but they didn't pay him. He only got pay $12 per hour when others with qualification get paid $18 , sometimes they pay employees many days late. So they don't care. He say they cant' get anything if something in the apartment breaks they can't buy anything. corporate doesn't give them the money.
