SAD SAD SAD - Poorly manage property and older than dirt

This place is sad, they prefer section 8 folks who can't pay their rent. Lots of drinking and drugs. Manager deals drugs if you run out. She is the nasty and rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Abandon cars everywhere, NO security lights. Need something fixed, well they MIGHT get to it in six months if you are lucky! Place leaks, all appliances are very old, heat and A/C work at only 50% capacity, high utility bills. This is a property that has been neglected for many years, they can not even get a manager with an education.............SAD PLACE
