Plumbing is bad.
Repairs take months and months-you have to call building code inspections and/or housing authority.
They switch property managers every few months.
Maintenance people come and go and NONE have experience
Utility bills are high
Exterminator wasnt getting paid so they stopped coming
Nice size townhomes but not worth the hassle or wait for repairs.
Don't live here, instead, buy a house--it'll come out cheaper.
