It took two months to get certain repair requests resolved. My husband WATCHED an employee lie to a resident on the phone. The roaches are awful. I contacted the corporate offices, and a representative from AIMCO scheduled a meeting with me, the apartment manager, and the maintenance manager. They didn't show. None of them! It turns out, on the VERY SAME DAY, the complex was sold to new management, and the two managers were fired. No one returns phone calls, and I don't even think they read the letters I send. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The roaches REALLY are bad. This morning, FIVE roaches crawled out of my silverware drawer, and this is one week and one day after the exterminators did a complex-wide cleanout (emptying cabinets and so forth). The building we live in is pretty rundown, but it's not as bad as others. In one building, near the back of the complex, a woman told me there was a hold from the hallway INTO her apartment, and rats crawled in. The maintenance spackled the hole, but before it dried, a kid from down the hall DREW pictures in it! The maintenance never sanded the spackle.
