This place is a nightmare! New appliances and a paint job isn't a renovation! i'm still waiting for my so called marble countertop in the bathroom. my bathroom sink is rusty and the paint in my tub is peeling revealing some hideoues blue tile. for the 1st 2 months when i took a shower i always got out covered in paint particles. part of the wall in my bedroom closet is covered by a raggedy piece of board that's half falling off. This place is swarming w/ roaches. they are everywhere no matter how much i spray. i go thru a 2pk of raid every month. everytime i turn around there's roach crawling. The maintenance ppl are lazy as hell and take forever to fix things. the main hall in my building floods when it rains. the walls and carpet have become moldy. my neighbor who is closet to the flooded area said it took 3 wks for them to come and clean the water from her living room. they are currently filing a warrant against for late rent. even though i paid both the rent and the late fee on the date that i and officer agreed upon. that was last wednesday! so now i have to take the morning off to find out what the problem is. mind you they did'nt even call me to tell me what was going on. i can't wait till me lease is up. i will not be renewing. i would dare refer anyone here. if you see the Lacota sign out front... Don't Stop!!
