So I'm going back and writing "fair and balanced" reviews for all apartments I've lived in because you typically only see bad reviews, or really sugar-coated ones written by the management themselves.

This is one case where all the negative reviews are justified! I had a good chuckle when I saw the 0% recommendation, but that's the God's honest truth... don't live here!

It's been a couple years, but here's some things that stand out in my mind:

- Ranchero music ALL the time. Those Mexican chaps sure love them some accordions!
- Roaches. We're talking biblical plague proportions here.
- Faulty wiring.
- Appliances circa the dark ages.
- Rotting animal corpses littering the property. I once watched a dead cat get swept up in a heavy rain and washed down the sewer.
- Inept management
- Inept maintenance
- Crime-- cop cars screeching through the complex at 1 in the morning
- I once put my hand through the wall by leaning on it while putting my shoe on

Seriously, only live here if you're looking for bragging rights.
