I must say that I have to agree with all the complaints!!! I've lived here since August 2008. To start off all the things they say they have, THEY DONT! They LIE! Like a sauna'' Yea right. The gym is a freaking treadmill in the basement. They are pathetic! The rent office staff is VERY rude, especially Valerie! My sink was broken for 2 weeks! I had to call the GM,(who I left 3 messages for and my call was never returned) to get a damn sink fixed! Then if you take a look at the maintence people you won't want them in your house! They all have chains and gold teeth! Also, the proptery is in foreclosure and they don't want people to know! They just plan on kicking everyone out! It's already bad when an apartment complex gets there lights turned off, which is what happened recently! Next our water will be turned off because these idiots can't pay there bills. So I'm getting the hell up out of there and would advise anyone who is currently living there to do the same! THERE IN FORECLOSURE, DONT WAIT ON THEM TO TURN THE WATER OFF AND KICK YOU OUT! START LOOKING!!!!!!!

I agree, this place is horrible. Roaches, heating and cooling is inadequate and doesn't work. Staff is rude and dismissive of your problems. I was overcharged when they changed the original prorated rent and up'd my rent 3 months into my lease. And after notifying them of intent to vacate when my lease was up and leaving well before the move out date, they fudged the paperwork to look as if I overstayed to charge me for breach of lease agreement. These people are absolute theives. I DO NOT recommend moving here!
