Not a great place to live. They have gates but never worked. wide open anyone can come and go. once in a wile security drives around. Once your lease is up they jacked up my rent. The place is filled with cockroaches. lot of outdoor activities, Management is OK. most of them are low income ppl. doors & windows are not good. so your heating & air bills will be very high. you have to pay for everything even swear. There is no such emergency maintenance crew. I had a broken pipe and flooded all over my apt for 3 hrs finally I had to call 911 and the firefighters to turn off the water.

No Walking path at all. People drive crazy so if you have kids stay away. They painted outside of the apt and they are saying they did a re-model. Only one trash area. stinks like hell. you can find lots of cats around the trash eating crap from trash.

Finally I don't feel secured. so will be moving out soon.
