THIS APARTMENT USE TO BE NICE A COUPLE MONTH BACK, BUT NOW THERE ARE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BE FAIR, THERE IS LACK OF SECURITY, NO WORKING GATES, MANY APARTMENTS GOT ROB MORE THAN ONCE WITH NO FORCE ENTRY "SOMEONE HAS THE KEYS" AND THE NEW ARRIVING RESIDENTS ARE FAR FROM BEING NICE FOLKS(SOME ARE GANG MEMBERS), THEY ALSO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE PARKING, THERE IS NOT ENOUGH PARKING LOTS FOR EACH BUILDING BECAUSE NEW RESIDENTS HAVE ABOUT THREE CARS EACH.

BOTTOM LINE DO NOT RENT HERE EVEN IF THEY ARE OFFERING 600 DOLLARS FOR REFERALS CAUSE THERE ARE DESPERATE TO BRING NEW RESIDENTS NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE AND THAT IS BAD VERY BAD
