We moved in here in January 06 and haven't had ANY issues. It's clean, safe (Doraville officers leave in the complex), and the office staff is great!! I don't know how anyone could have roaches out here UNLESS they are nasty to begin with, brought roaches with them, or have nasty neighbors. I haven't seen not one roach! There is ample parking around our building.

The only issue I see would be the parents allowing their little kids to be outside unsupervised. These kids play in the street all the time. This is NOT an issue of the complex allowing it but an issue that is due to the lack of parenting from the parents who allow their kids to roam around unsupervised. All in all this is an awesome place to live!
