Too noisy

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Neighbors are too noisy,, you can hear them fighting saying bad words at 1130 pm or 2am .. or upstairs yelling laughing out loud , running,, too much noise.

I think that for the amount we paid, we deserve a quieter place to live.
