I've lived in this complex since Aug of 2005 and I hadn't had any major issues until within the last 6 months besides. I always have to park really far from my building and being a single female that its really unsafe. Also parents let their children run wild up and down the stairs and hallways without any control. I see how children come up missing so often. Another issue is cracks in the walls and very cheap paint and outlet covers. They really threw this apartment together. As far as bugs, I have began to see a few baby roaches and I have had them spray each week,but I will not tolerate it. New apartments should not have these problems and the management needs to fix it. New construction or not, they must bomb the building or something. I will call the corporate office if need be. Also the walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbor snorring at night. I will not be renewing my lease.
