Ant infested in the summertime for the two years I lived there. My car was backed into . i had to pay thousands of dollars to get it fixed. the manager has an awful attitude,when I brought it to her attention. management and how the treat you and if they resolve issues quickly, maintenance didn't know what they were doing, suppose to be fairly new property. countertops chipping and scratched up. Tub soap holder broke off,never fixed so when we moved they try to charge for this. Carpet was not new they just clean it had stains , had to move from dealing with ants and rude manager. Business center and gym suppose to be open 24 hrs they stated because someone broke in and stole all the bathroom items and computers ..only open now during ofc hours, don't let them go into a meeting everything get closed up. Noisy neighbors playing music until 3 or 4 am. not able to get a good night sleep, neighbor knocked on my door look for girlfriend or spouse aft he beat her up or fought wiht her. Crazy partying neighbors, wouldn't recommend for all of these reasons and more, don't have to list them all.
