I move into the Parkside Vista Apartments around September 2007. At that time the adjacent apartment, Longwood Vista Apartments, were the Managing entities or Owners. I was never given a lease, I was promised different benefits, and I was suppose to be reimbursed 50% or 1/2 of my pet deposit. The Leasing Consultant decided not to do a Move-In Inspection but want me to just sign the Move-In Inspection form; the day that I moved in the temps outside was 100 degrees, seriously, and my A/C wasn't working so my dog and I had to stay in my car with the A/C running because I could not get anyone from Maintenance to come over and do after hours work. The area(the Apartments) were built on grounds full of ants, in fact the rental office had an extreme ant problem, I found out right after I move in and signed my lease. I had no A/C and there were ants all over my apartment. The apartment complex was new and the construction crew or applicances delivery person broke the glass in my refrigerator and failed to replace it. I call the Old management and they took for ever to do anything, and when they did they had a pest control company come out and the ants continued to be a big problem.

Thereafter new Management(RAM Partners) took over and they were difinitely better than the first management, but they could not resolve the ant problem either. The Property Manager and Regional Manager that were there at or during April 2008 were as good as they get, but unfortunitely the leasing consultants and maintenance personnel are the people that you will have to deal with on a daily basic and they were less than desirable to deal with if you had any problem, but had no problem threatening tenants prior to giving tenants prior notice of some changes on the property. The entrance gate would not function night after night where there would be three and four cars of tenants that could not get into the apartment complex. Five or six nights I had to call a neighbor that I didn't know to ask if they would please let me in through the guess gate because the main gate is broken down again.

The management, from the Assistant Manager on down to the Maintenance guy, were very difficult to deal with, in fact they often seemed that they did not want to be bothered. In fairness to the management they took on problems that they did not create initially. The ants were still there when I left, in fact the ant problem never was resolve in my apartment, and mind you I lived on the third floor, so in order for the ants to get to my apartment by the hundreds and thousands, they(the ants) had to pass through tenants on the first and second floor. The place was 55% empty and IF YOU'RE SMART YOU WANT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX UNLESS ALL OTHER OPTIONS ARE ELEMINATED. I HAVE NOTHING TO LOSS OR GAIN BY TELLING YOU THIS TRUTH!

You might consider a grammer or spell check. No complex is perfect, but I have found that the staff here tries anything and everything to make their residents happy - I'm sorry you're such a sour apple, and am sure that you'll have trouble finding happiness where ever you end up.

LOL @ DoravilleMomma's comments about grammar and spell check. Do YOU realize that YOU spelled grammar incorrectly??? LOL....
