I LIVE AT PARKSIDE VISA NOW AND I CAN NOT WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO END!!! THIS WEEKEND RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING I LIVE IN A DRUNK RESIDENT HIT 3 PARKED VEHICLES!!! YES A DRUNK GUY WHO LIVES IN ANOTHER BUILDING CRASHED INTO 2 CARS CAUSING A HORRIBLE CRASH AT 3 AM. THIS IS JUST THE BEGGING OF MY PROBLEMS. TWO OF MY NEIGHBORS HAS MOVED OUT OF MY BUILDING DUE TO A ROACH INFESTED APARTMENT THAT WAS ON THE 3RD FLOOR!! THE APARTMENTS ARE ON BUFORD HWY SO YOU SHOULD ALREADY KNOW THE TYPE OF PEOPLE TRYING TO LEASE HERE THE MOST. I HAVE KILLED SEVERAL ROACHES MYSELF (YES THESE ARE BRAND NEW APARTMENTS) AND I'M TIRED OF THE ODOR THAT PEST CONTROL SPRAYS SO I'M JUST READY TO MOVE. UNLIKE THE OTHER TENANTS WHO I HEARD HAD TO MOVE ON THERE OWN I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY TO DO SO. ALSO, BEFORE MOVING CALL THE GWINNETT POLICE DEPARTMENT AND ASK THEM ABOUT THE CRIME RATE IN THIS AREA!! ONE OF THE HIGHEST IN GA AND IS GROWING RAPIDLY EVERYDAY. THIS IS NOT AN AREA FOR ANYONE TO MOVE IN ESPECIALLY A MOTHER WITH KIDS OR A SINGLE WOMAN. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!! THE APARTMENTS ARE NICE BUT YOU CAN NOT SELECT YOUR NEIGHBORS AND LEASING IS ALLOWING MORE AND MORE OF THEM TO MOVE IN. IT'S LIKE HAVING A NICE HOUSE RIGHT BY THE BORDER IF YOU CATCH MY DRIFT!!

You're a racist idiot. What do you mean by making such comments? And I highly doubt that this area has one of the highest crime rates in ENTIRE state of GA. That statement is completely ridiculous and totally unfounded. If you have proof of such a thing, then by all means post a link! Otherwise, run a spell and grammar check before you post any more incoherent garbage again!

Roaches??? If there are roaches that means you all are just plan nasty. I moved here as a single female and I feel the place is very safe. When I moved here no one lived in this building but me. Also if someone hit 3 parked cars people would have heard about it. I never heard anything about that. You're full of bs...

the roaches came from an abandon apartment. anyone who question if the wreck happened just go to the GA records office website and you can pull it up. Any incidents that happens within an apartment community has to be public.

I lived in the building beside this one and i did see the car accident. obviously the comments above are from the staff. Please do your research about this area before you move it's not about being racist it's about FACTS. when i moved to ATL my friends warned me about certain areas and this was one of them. Ask any cop within a radius of this place and they will tell you.. I'm out peoples
