The staff is not that proffesional, they are very rude. There Was an ungly car crash inside the apartments, the cars were just there crash. It could of been anybodys car living in parkside vista, heres a picture so everybody can see. Can't wait to move out.

I am sorry to hear that this resident had a problem at Parkside Vista! I have been here almost a year and the staff has ALWAYS! been nothing but professional. George the maintenance supervisor does a great job, the property is NEVER dirty and they are very good about responding to my issues. Sometimes people get what they give????

I don't understand how this is specific to Parkside Vista. There are "ugly car crashes" elsewhere because some people are just bad drivers or miscommunications...You always run the risk of getting into a car crash unless you park in a personal garage...So do you know what exactly happened? Is this common? Was it a hit-and-run? To discourage someone from living there because of a car crash that you seem to have little details on is really...weird to me.

I am currently on the hunt for a new place. I'm a mature college student who seeks to find a safe, clean, and reasonably priced place to call home. It is so discouraging to visit this site and see negative comments, yet i appreciate them because they keep things in perspective. I have visited/toured over 14 apt communities hoping to make an educated decision on my next place and almost after each visit I rush to this site. Every leasing agent attempts to sell you a dream to get you to move in. But guess what...I'm not buying it!!! I will continue to visit this site for its responses no matter how petty they may potentially be...
