I moved in on February 1st. David, the leasing agent was great! When I did my walk-though inspection, you could tell that the carpet had been cleaned but was still in bad shape. He got right on it and they replaced the carpet throughout with no problems. I haven't had any maintenance issues to call about. I have not had any problems with pests. The walls are a little thin, you WILL hear your neighbors if they are the loud sort.

The price is very reasonable and the location is great for me. No problems with parking in my section although it does seem a little congested in other parts.

I have the smallest 2 bedroom floorplan and the rooms are still spacious and there's plenty of storage space. I looked at ALL of the properties on Pleasantdale Rd, and for the price and size, I believe that I made a good choice.
