I've had nothing but problems since I moved in February 2008. The Apartment was not cleaned AT ALL upon getting the keys. When I approached Claudia about that problem she told me the former tenants must have come back and dirtied the place. What'! I doubt that! After that I had termites and Ants and the water is shut off at least twice a month with no warning.
They've lost my rent once and made me go through the hassle of getting the money order refunded. The Trash compactor is always breaking down and the trash over flows onto the street at least three times a month.
Balconies are rotting and the deck at the pool is so eaten up by termites it is literally falling apart. Not to mention the broken down cars and complaints from the other tenants about their issues. I am very disappointed. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
