horrible! that's the word that describes what it is to live here!... I get my water turn off everyweek without notice... & this is nothing...my brother got robbed at gun point inside this trash of apt. complex.. it feels like I live in the projects. there are many unattented kids running around the parkings lots, vandalizing. SUPER LOAD neighboors! if its not the boomboxing rap in random cars going in& out..(which is not so bad) its the mexican music blasting out of open windows in 3 apts per building at least. no respect from neighboors. but here comes the best part! Mainantence is unexistence... there is a couple of guys working on their cars or chatting picking up a couple of leaves together! because its so hard to! no cleaning in the building hallways.. at all! never! the worst maintanence & the leasing office staff the rudest & most unrealible & unefficient. On sept. I spe to a Silvya who went off at me for asking her to listen to my requests & our necessities in this building by saying "I don't have an hour to listen to you!" then more speakable english & ended up filling me in spanish from her frustration & I thought.. we are in hell... if the leasing office staff is telling to shut up pretty much. God save us. if it wasn't because we have a sick family member & can't afford to move right now... we would do it right now of would have since the 1st week we moved here. Its sad how inhuman & careless these people can be with their tenants. The dumpster has overflown more than once for weeks & nobody cares for the guetto & mexican losers we live there... I guess that's how Shadowlake owners & leasing office staff feels about us. The truth is that they ar lazy coldblooded money suckers. because this place is not that cheap like people thinks! It sucks in& out.. and I haven't even spoke about the problems inside my apt. & mosquito & roach infestation everywhere in my building. THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE.
