Get out while you can Plumbing is bad.
Repairs take months and months-you have to call building code inspections and/or housing authority.
They switch property managers every few months.
Maintenance people come and go and NONE have experience
Utility bills are high

Wood Terrace Some people are confusing Cameron Brook as Wood Terrace. Cameron Brook has new management and things have much improved. I moved from Wood Terrace and am very pleased. Also the new managers are going to add gates to the complex this year.
