Pinnacle Homes staff is the worst staff I have ever sign a least agreement with. The Staff will smile in your face during signing the lease agreement and completely ignor your needs from that point on. I've lived in pinnacle homes for a total 2 years and seen a total of 3 managers come and go because the staff do not get along with each other. Also pinnacle homes is not flexible during the time you purchase a home even if you been the perfect tenant like myself who has never been late on rent or cause any kind of problems. Also the current manager made a racist remark about another tenant because of dispute that took place.

Why would someone let you out of a lease because you wanted to buy a house? You signed a lease...!?!?!
