I was one of the first people to move into the community and I have had wonderful customer service from the office staff. Any question that I have had the office staff has always been there to take care of me. Yes management has changed quite alot but so what, people change jobs for many different reasons. The office has had many managers but one of the leasing agents has been there the whole time and Jennifer is wonderful at her job, and treats everyone with respect. The only issue I have is the Dogs. Big dogs are very very loud and leave very big messes that some people don't feel they need to pick up. Also the little dogs are just as loud and annoying with thier constant YIPPING. I can deal with the dogs because they are part of peoples family. But if cannot tolerate dogs this might not be the place for you as pinnacle has many dogs. On the whole I truly injoy living here.

I find it incredible that you have not had any trouble with the apartment office not being open. The office while I lived there was often not open and the answering service not answering. And if you really have received good customer service from this office staff, you must have not ever asked for anything requiring the slightest effort on their part at all.....frankly I find your review pretty inaccurate.

yes thanks, ENJOY it is. I guess my stae of mind is IN JOY. (: In response to Justfact yes the office is closed from time to time... to show units to the public!!!! I have been a property manager and know how hard it is to balance showing and being in the office for the million issues that must be taken care of as everyone WANTS 'right this minute'. Give the girls a break! Every single time I have an issue they handle it, small and LARGE. But this is just my opinion based on MY time living here since it OPENED.
