Welcome to apartment living. You have close neighbors, so you will hear them at times. You know they accept pets so it's no suprise to see a dog. You will always have the idiot that don't use pet walks or pick up pookie. Report em. As far as the staff is concerned, I think we finally have a Manager who actually cares and gives 110% to her job. If you pay your rent on time, you will not get charged those extra fees. If you pick up after yourselves, your community will not look like the getto. I hear other people complain about this place, but I see the same people trashing the pool area or speeding thru the parking lot with their music blaring. I live here because it is a nice place, good location, and the outstanding staff the property is putting together. If you don't like it here, the trailer park will be glad to have ya.

IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU WORK HERE AND ARE TRYING TO MAKE YOURSELVES SOUND LIKE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING. MAYBE YOU SHOULD GO TO THE TRAILOR PARK.

Hahaha, this review was obviously written by the staff, the same screw-you attitude with a smile is exhibited in this review as you will get the minute you sign a lease.....beleive me ppl, you really don't want to leave at Pennicle Homes....this staff can make life miserable for you.

The review sounds right to me....funny that the 2 following responses read like they dropped out of 8th grade and still live in that trailer park...atleast according to their spelling, respectively.
