I have been a resident of Pinnacle Homes @ Rocky Ridge for almost two years now. I cant say much for the management that was here when I first came because I never talked to them or saw them, but I can say that since Barbara came here the management team has made a big step forward. Barbara doesn't strive to be your office manager, she strives to be your friend. I have had a few things go on in my life recently and she asks me about it and checks on me every chance she sees me. I disagree with the comments about Pinnacle not being a good place. I feel very safe in this environment, they always keep it clean, and maintenance is great. They are always there when I need them. I can't speak for everyone's circumstances but I know that if you work with them they will work with you. Barbara is by far the best office manager I could have ever asked for and I am thankful for that. If you guys knew the hours and time that she puts into her job and this community I think that you would respect her alot more than the people that wrote those comments about her, the staff, and the community. I have enjoyed every moment living here and I can't wait to sign my next lease for another great year @ Pinnacle Homes!!!
