At Pinnacle they make you feel like Family.I've lived here for two years and never had any problems with staff or residents. Barbara, Jennifer, Tony, will go out they way to help, and they staff even go out the way to know all the children. If there are any complants it's because the residents made problems for them self, I recommand Pinnacle a great place to live for you and family and great location.
