I have lived at Pinnacle homes for 6 months and have 6 months more to go. I want desperately to terminate my lease but fear the fees involved. Although compared with having to deal with the office staff and the work orders that never get completed, finding a parking spot in their overcrowded lots, and dealing with dog poop on the bottom of my shoes, $1200 sounds a little inviting.
Don't rent at Pinnacle Homes. They are nice when they want you to lease, and horrid once you are a resident.
