we have enjoyed our stay here at rocky ridge.people should keep better eyes on there kids,but overall we have enjoyed our stay here and would like to sign another lease but fear the big increase in rent the apartments were priced reasonable at 800 a month when we moved in but i feel anything over is not worth it. maybe they should re think there market prices and for renters that our good payers like our selfs she be able to renew a lease without large increase on the rent...the matinace is great.tony and the others keep the grounds nice and work hard.we have never had a problem with the staff.they all seem very nice.i think the people who say they are never there need to realize there is issues and veiwings that have to be done but things are tooken care of by the office.

I want to comment on the one before this one. Jennifer has been GREAT!!!!I have been here for 2 years and Jennifer is the only one that really cares about the residents. I sense alot of JEALOUSY... Are you mad because Jennifer gets the attention? Do you even have a life? Need to get one. Whoever is writting these comments is a cruel person. Jennifer is SUPER!!!!!!!!!!
