I live at Pinnacle Homes and I have been a resident for the past three years. There have been a few changes in the staff since I have been leasing here. I have met all of the new staff and they all seem to be getting on top of things. Donna and Jennifer are doing a great job and the two new girls seemed really sweet and willing to help me. I had a problem with my heat and they came and checked it and fixed it all in the same day that I called. The new maintenance supervisor seems to really be on top of the work orders. I have read the comments that people post and I just do not know where this all comes from. I would personally recommend Pinnacle Homes to anyone.

This is a nice enough apartment community with good amenities. I thought more of it when we first moved in, but I've gradually discovered how cheap the interior fixtures are--we've had panels come off cabinets, the dishwasher come loose from its very, very shoddy interior housing construction, a leak from the air conditioner above us, etc. The maintenance staff is EXCELLENT and gets on repairs immediately. The walls and floors are pretty thin, so hope that you get quiet upstairs neighbors. Overall, a helpful friendly staff, nice pool, great location for Atlanta commuters with its proximity to interstate 20, a nice pool/grilling areas. It would be nice to have more outdoor spaces and play spaces, but overall, a decent place to live.
