I cant help think that they were doing me a favor by not wanting to accept my application. now that i'm here i cant wait to move the people in the office are very nasty the rent goes up every 6 months and luxury they are not. there are a ton of kids running around all day and night with no supervision and they never clean that pool, they just pick stuff out of it with a net,and there is no resolution to any problem that you have the rules are not fitting to living style. but i wont be signing a new lease.

Its funny that you mention the pool thing...its also funny that the pool is not even open right now. The rent goes up when you renew your lease and personally, I didn't have a large increase. When you chose a 6 month lease, you knew that there would be an increase and the end of your lease. These aparments are very fairly priced, well below the market rate!
