Rent goes down and is getting more ghetto everyday.

I think that the apartment above me is growing everyday. I think that there was one person on the lease originally and now I think there is at least 5 or more people living in that loft. The visitors rom that apartment sit on the stairs at the bottom and you have to beg them to move so that I can get through with my hands full with my 9 month old and his diaper bag. The noise level on the weekends is horrible you hear drunk people everywhere yelling and getting lost. (Loud music). The year and a half that I have been here went from good to bad. Jennifer is nice when you are looking to lease and once you are a resident I guess she feels that is okay to be rude and nasty to you. I am glad that I am moving at the end of this month. I noticed that rent is going down alot here which probably accounts for why all the drug dealers and welfare users are able to stay here recently. And the kid problem has just started happening this year. There are kids all in the road which is very dangerous.

From reading all the reviews, I definitely won't even attempt to turn in the lease application I just picked up. Wow, I can't tell what is causing more problems at Pinnacle Homes - the ghetto people with loud drunken parties or the office staff. If any of the head honchos at the corporate office read these reviews, you'd be well advised to start watching this property. No sane person with kids would even rent at a place that sounds this horrible and unsafe. Furthermore, Jennifer sounds like a real nasty piece of work. If the people at this property are paying rent... and that means they are paying YOUR salary, then you need to treat them with much respect. And if this Jennifer is the same skinny little woman I met two days ago at the leasing office, please let her know that she shouldn't base her looks on Nicole Ricci or Paris Hilton. That is soooo 2002!
