I'm a former resident of a few years - and I'm so glad I moved out last December! The grounds aren't kept up very well, trash piles up at the compactor, dogs crap everywhere and their owners don't pick it up, the walls and floors are paper thin, the fountain looks DISGUSTING, the front office area is kept tidy and neat and clean but forget the rest of the community, the new office staff are rude and not helpful, and a lot of the new tenants coming in are ghetto people. Kids are allowed to run wild all over the property, and MUCH luck in getting your security deposit back. It takes a lot longer than 30 days! I would NOT rent at this place. No matter what - go somewhere else, even if it costs more. Trust me, you'll be glad you didn't rent an apartment here.

IT IS TRUE THAT TENANTS LET THEIR DOGS CRAP EVERYWHERE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF AREAS AWAY FROM THE PATIOS THAT DOGS CAN DO THEIR BUSINESS, BUT FOR SOME REASON, ALOT OF TENANTS LET THEM DO IT IN FRONT OF MY DOOR. I AM GOING TO START EITHER SITTING ON THE PATIO WITH A PELLET GUN OR I AM GOING TO LEAVE A BIG BOWL OF PRESTONE OUT THERE FOR THE PUPS.

I lived their in 2007 - 2008 and that was one of the major problems. No one ever picks up after their pets. I think it is pretty disgusting.
