brookvalley needs help. When it rains- everything leak- not just in my apartment- i have heard other people complain. The bugs are there before you move in and no matter what you do- they will never go away. The front office is rude- if you ever have a promblem. I would not live there for as much as they are asking to pay. Try renting a house!
