Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2004
I have lived at Brookvalley Apartments since January 1997,when it was managed by Julian McGraw; it is now managed by Steven Bell Company.
My seven years have been good. My apartment has been effectively managed by the maintenance crew whenever I made a request.
No problems existed that were uncommon to anyplace a person might live. In other words, Brookvalley offers an excellent living experience for anyone who is looking for an apartment to rent.
I will miss living here. The reason I'm leaving is because I have decided to build a house, which is scheduled to be finished by March 2004.
It would be ludicurous for me to suggest Brookvalley and its staff are perfect; it would be equally ludicurous to suggest its tenants are perfect, too.
