I lived at Brookvalley less than a year. Granted it has been over three years since I left, but it was a pretty decent place for me. Nothing terribly fancy, but a clean, functional apartment. I had a two bedroom and liked what they called a "sunroom" because it was just off the living room and a ready made office for me. Since I have to work from home after hours, that was a nice thing. The master bedroom was a little small in my opinion, but as I remember the other bedroom was actually pretty large. Kitchen is a little small, but for one or two people it is probably sufficent. I never had any problems at all there and only left because I took a new job and my commute from Douglasville was terrible. Maybe it has changed since then but based on my experience I'd go back if I needed to rent in that part of town again.
