This rating might be helpful. I lived at Brookvalley for almost 2 years. My first year, I had no problems. Everything was smooth and no issues out of the ordinary. The people who lived in the apartments around me were courteous, willing to lend a hand and I never had any problems - you even felt safe and comfortable. I got a roommate and we move to another, larger side of the complex. Everything started out great then we came into a stroke of bad luck; no fault to Brookvalley. The management staff, especially Dana, was very understanding and willing to assist and lend a hand where needed. Granted, we were in an apartment where generally lower income families were and things did happen from time to time however, overall it was a good learning experience.

I have to admit that Dana was awesome with understanding any situation and acting quickly to ensure we felt it was a home. She is very courteous and even worked with us on some things. Unfortunately, I can't say I felt the same way from a few of the others, nor did my roommate. One other was quick to judge and really came at us on a few occasions stating something wasn't done and the paperwork was in the other room. A word to advise her is to gather all the information from the client and if you don't know the answer or sense the client isn't happy, let them kindly know you will call them back once you look deeper into it.

-Friendliness of people who live within: Average to above average

Overall, if you live in the area, not bad places to take a good look at. I would recommend them.
