I am a current resident / Whose and advocate for - Brookvalley is the greatest place to live in the area. The office staff - Especially Ms. Brenda - Is the nicest - She is basically the only person there that I like to deal with because she is so nice, polite, and pleasant - and always has kind words and is eager to lend a helping hand. I work in Customer service and I appreciate her - She is one of the deciding factors why my rooommate and I leased !!!

Pros:

The apartments are very nice - not old, not new - But has that character that can be kept - or modernized depending on your taste! The layout is great for roommates - They are very quiet - I have not heard my neighbors, had any complaints, no loud noise , no crime, no stealing, anything like that.

You never hear noise because of the way the rooms are set up , you are not near the next persons bedroom in the next apartment! Very important!

The maintenance is pretty good with response time!

The grounds are always neat and clean - No one ever uses the tennis court !

The price is the greatest if you want to live in a quiet setting, away from the city, not too close and not too far away from atlanta. Douglasville is very self contained, anything you need is right aroud you, mall 4 minutes, Publix, Walmart , Sams Club - All right near you !


CONS::

The paint on the walls , very thin, if your hand is wet, and you touch the wall, it will actually stain the wall, and stay there ! Wierd - but true - So just dont touch the walls if your hand is wet -

Hwy 5 has a high police presence - Just be careful - They like to hide in the shadows , especially at night - on the little side roads - and parking lots of the plazas that are closed - so do the speed limit - buckle your seatbelt, and if you can avoid it - Keep your windows up so they don't see your skin color - read between the lines - I'm honest and have no reason to lie -

The traffic on the highway gets a little congested, so plan accordingly.

Overall, If I could continue to commute - I'd stay at the property, but my situation has changed and warrants me to move! I love this property and the people that make it! ****** Great Place -
