I had a lease for 7 months, I moved out after only 5 months, I ended up renting a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a 2 gargage for $300 more a month than my little 1 bedroom apt all the way on the top floor on the back of the property. I ended up just paying the last 2 months of rent because it was cheaper. I did not have time to look at a lot of places to live and I rented with carrington because a friend of my had lived here when it first opened. I should have know better than to rent here because one of the apartment the staff showed me the fridge smelled like roach spray. But like I said I didn't have time to look around. I lived here during the summer and they never did anything for the residents (such as pool party) The people who lived under me were rude, playing music after 2 am and the office did nothing to stop it. Rent at Carrington Point at your own risk!!
