This apartment complex may seem okay to new renters, but it is actually a nightmare. The office staff has a huge turnover rate and the management is unreasonable. There are bugs in the apartments and you have to request to be put on a list if you want to take care of them. The carpets are supposedly cleaned before you move in, but are not replaced, even if they have stains. There are no activities held for the residents or any incentives to stay at this complex. The fees are unreal and moving out is a true hassle. I advise that you do your research and live elsewhere. These days, it is almost cheaper to buy a house, than to rent at Carrington Point! I agree with the other renters....the staff must have provided the positive feedback!
