Renters beware

I lived here Nov. 2000 to June 2001. I paid all my rent and I was charged $55.00 for a dime sized stain in the carpet that was there when I moved in. I paid the $55.00 plus my final water bill of $21.05. Today (May 10, 2005, that's right 2005!!) I received a collection letter totaling $76.05!! The management staff should have checked the records before sending someone who moved out nearly 4 years ago to collections!!
