I apply for an apartment an was approve. I recieve an apartment number. I ask to change my move in date, an I was told I could move in 6 weeks earlier. I then made arrangement to move and was ask for my children to give in application for the same apartment. I was told that they were over the age 18, that this was their policies. After all that I was told two weeks later that I was turn down for the apartment that I was already approved for.

Please explain to me how this is discrimination. For one perhaps your ADULT kids have horrible credit and or criminal histories, or they have evictions that only show up when the complex runs it through a special apt.eviction system they use. Why don't you cut that umbilical cord and tell those adult kids to get their own place, and then perhaps you won't be turned down somewhere else?
