How is that discrimination' Anybody 18 years and older need to complete an application. They need to make sure your son or daughter doesn't have horrible credit or a broken lease from another apt. complex.

If you UNDERSTAND and fully read what was said about DISCRIMINATION, you would have understood that the parent was getting the apartment and that the children lived with the parent it was not an apartment for the children. If you had children, who you lived with you, all their life, and YOU when for an apartment what credit rating would you children who turn 18 have? Also it was stated that the parent was ALREADY approved for the apartment so their credit must have been alright! THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG!!! |
