COLUMBIA GARDENS IS THE PITS....DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID...THE OUTSIDE IS GOOD LOOKING BUT THE INSIDE IS FALLING APART ....MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL THEY JUST WANT TO GET AS MUCH MONEY FROM YOU AS THEY CAN....I LIVED THERE FOR 2YRS AND PUT IN MY NOTICE TO VACATE AND THEN I WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE 30 DAYS BEFORE TIME FOR ME TO MOVE TO LET THEM KNOW THAT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE AND THEY WANTED ME TO DO A APPLICATION OVER PAY ANOTHER SECURITY DEPOSIT AND MOVE INTO ANOTHER APARTMENT....THEY COULD HAVE LET ME STAY IN MY APARTMENT BECAUSE I GAVE ENOUGH NOTICE TO THEM LETTING THEM KNOW I WASNT MOVING....THIS HAS HAPPENED TO SEVERAL FAMILIES IN THE COMPLEX....AND ON TOP OF THAT THE COMPLEX HAS FOXES RUNNING AROUND AT NIGHT AND DEERS JUMPPING OVER THE FENCE....NEIGBORS ARE CRAZY IN THE STREETS ALL TIMES OF NIGHT LOUD MUSIC ....THE KIDS IN THE COMPLEX ARE OUT LATER THAN THE PARENTS SOME HAVE SEX ON THE AIR CONDITION UNITS......THANK GOD I'M OUT NOW....

I have lived at Columbia Gardens for 10 mths and hate it! Its the ghetto! It looks nice and the apartment itself is large but the people that live here are awful! Every weekend the cops are called and a few weeks ago someone was shot. The playground has bullet holes in it. Its a very unsafe complex. The staff is awful also, when we told them we wanted a bottom apartment and put in our deposit. 2 weeks later when is moving day we had a top apartment and was told there was no more bottom apartments left, when the were several left!!

Everything the other former tenants saying is so true. I am afraid sometimes to go to my car in the morning. because the kids are so out of control. They come around at night and turn your door knob and knock on your door and run. Every morning I see condoms on the staircase. It is horrible!
