I have lived at Columbia Gardens for 10 mths and hate it! Its the ghetto! It looks nice and the apartment itself is large but the people that live here are awful! Every weekend the cops are called and a few weeks ago someone was shot. The playground has bullet holes in it. Its a very unsafe complex. The staff is awful also, when we told them we wanted a bottom apartment and put in our deposit. 2 weeks later when is moving day we had a top apartment and was told there was no more bottom apartments left, when the were several left!!

i live in columbia gardens and its okay to me besides the shots and the kids running around . we got a warning for being outside after 9:00 and im 17 i should be able to go outside when ever i want!!! o yea because there is a gate alot of drug dealers around here .
