The place is really spacious and the NEW staff at the leasing office are very nice. There is a Douglas County Sheriff that lives on site and he's wonderful. I read alot of negative ratings on this place but I really believe that it's previous tenants that kicked out from not paying their rent. Or, just plain picky people. I don't doubt that there probably were a few bad apples that caused the property to look bad. However, bad apples don't stick around long. I haven't had any problems so far and I intend on giving them a chance. It's a really nice property and the children in the community are very mannerable.
