The apartments are old and there are some problems with plumbing and wiring, but the real problem is the management. They have made improvements to the outer appearance, but no improvements at all on the inside. I have trouble getting even the smallest maintenance requests dealt with and I find the representatives of the apts. to be very rude. The rooms are very small and the walls are very thin. The laundry room does not have locks on it, and some people hang out there at night. I'm hoping in October (when my lease is up and I am leaving) they will not try to charge me for all the things that have been missing from the apartment since I moved in a year ago.
