I have been disappointed in the neighbors I have had since I moved in. They (Home Ridge)allow residents to move in for the 99.00 special and then leave after a month. They have made so much noise and even after complaining to the management it kept up! Residents often leave their garbage on their porches attracting most unpleasant bugs and animals. There was recently a body found behind the complex (yes a body). The crime has not been solved so no I do not feel safe here.
