Here's a list for management: 1)please force maintenance to do jobs they are suppose to.My mother must of called pest control every week.The roaches were our roomates.I saw one running across the floorboard in the hallway one night 2)Stop hiring laborers that are illegal immigrants to paint your buildings or other trivial stuff,3)Stop allowing drug dealers to live in your community.I know for a fact there were at least three drug dealers in this place.My next door neighbor was a drug dealer and/or prostitute.I saw people walking in and out of her apartment all day and night.Another incident happened when I was talking to someone who used to be a friend(turns out he was a drug dealer who used to have a dealer come out here every week).Almost every day I saw some sixteen year old be bold enough to smoke weed in the gazebo by the office.I was lucky enough to be in a building with "good" people(except for the drug dealer),a preacher lived across the hall from me and gave me the goods on this place.She said it was built in 1970 something.It looks like it.The two things that are good about this place are location(supermarkets,gas stations,dry cleaners,and more),and that its mostly quiet.

I wish I would have seen all of these reviews before I moved here. One word GHETTO! I have lived in the Douglasville area all my life, and I have never lived in a community or neighborhood like this, the staff is absolutely ridiculous, its like pulling teeth to get things done. I have been here only one month, and I am already contemplating breaking my lease. My surrounding neighbors are down right disrespectful, they bump constantly at all hours, hang out in the breeze ways making all sort of noise, and they all need to learn how to park their freaking cars, God forbid you leave to run to the store, you will not come back to a parking spot. They need to make some serious changes and make them soon! I am very dissatisfied with thie place.
